Tolmar’s androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is used by many advanced prostate cancer patients to prolong their lives. But while the treatment helps them live longer, it comes at the cost of significant physical side effects.

I was tasked with writing a series of articles for Incremental ADT, a sub-brand of Tolmar Pharmaceuticals. These articles are part of a program that guides ADT patients through significant lifestyle changes to help better cope with their new medicated lifestyle. Ranging from meal prep ideas to sparking intimacy in the bedroom, I wrote 44 articles that (ideally) designed life-transforming.

Each article fell under one of four categories: Mental Health, Strength & Fitness, Lifestyle on ADT, and Diet & Nutrition. Check out the links below for a few selected articles.
- Dealing With Unexpected Sadness on ADT (Mental Health)
- Is There a Right Time to Start an Exercise Plan? (Strength & Fitness)
- Hobbies Make the Journey Easier (Lifestyle on ADT)
- Visualization: the Secret to a Healthy Diet (Diet & Nutrition)
